1st, Mr. Gaeta, the more you point the finger at other people believing them to be Cylons the more you lead me to believe you are the Cylon scum that should be taking a long walk out a short airlock.

2nd, I plan on using myself to buy an extra turn for the civi ships by using my special and launching 3 more vipers then using the last 3 activations to hit a total of 4 raiders, plus whatever stunts I can pull with the cards in my hand. This means getting ahead of the raiders and letting them come to me, I'm willing to get shot at to save those ships while you sit safe in Galactica. Now if you wish to be useful and prove to me you are not a cylon you will go to weapons control and thin that heard of raiders before it gets to me and just maybe I wont have to blow my one use ability this early.

Chill guys. This game takes 45 to 50 turns and we are on turn two

Gaeta, please tone it down a notch! Players may be asked to justify certain "questionable" actions but are by no means obliged to reveal their entire plan. This is in fact again, not in good spirit of the game.

Please keep the dialogues clean, and short. No need for paragraphs of why someone messed up their move. Keep it to the point please!

Michael, game aside, I hope you're not offended. Please don't take it personally. My intention is not to make you feel criticized. I don't want to ruin this experience for you. I'll tone it down a bit with the theatrics, but anything written in italics is, bottom line, meant to be added "flavour". My apologies if it was taken as otherwise.

Okay so here we go, as my CAG free action I will move one viper from 5 to 4, then I will use my 2 actions to escort the civi ships off.

Apollo just to clarify your turn, The CAG action is not free, still counts as an action but allows you a bonus action. That being said, your request is still valid for what you want to achieve.

For future reference, this is how your actions would look like so it will be very clear to me:

XO Action 1: CAG Action - I will move one unmanned viper from Sector 5 to Sector 4.
CAG Bonus Action: I will escort Civilian Ship A off the board.
XO Action 2: I will escort Civilian Ship B off the board.

LOL I never explained in much detail how Skill Checks work on a PBF. Now would be a good time

So before anyone plays any cards into the actual Skill Check, we have the “interrupts” phase where all players have the opportunity to either play cards that affect the Skill Check (i.e. Investigative Committee) or PASS. (You may CO cards to be played into skill check however if you know what you will play if you’d like)

After ALL players have either passed or played cards… then you may play Skill Cards into the Skill Check and MUST be played in PLAYER TURN ORDER starting with the left of the current player and ending with the current player.

Also, HardSix saying you put in more than half is also a little too much information unfortunately. You may say “I played two moderate cards”, “This should be enough if someone can add two more cards”. As these are more vague.


Skill Checks are a little finicky at the beginning but you will get used to them! Again sorry about that fellow gamers!

So please play cards to affect Skill Check or PASS on interrupts.

I assume both Apollo and Tigh pass on interrupts, as well as Roslin as per CO.
